ABOUT US
At TruWyn Partners Consulting, we help leaders and organizations build emotionally intelligent, resilient, and inclusive workplace cultures.
We bridge the science of psychology with the practice of leadership to help teams grow with clarity, connection, and purpose. Our approach combines evidence-based research, human systems thinking, and real-world leadership experience to strengthen trust, communication, and collaboration.
Our team brings together complementary expertise:
• Licensed Psychologist — behavior change and psychologically safe workplaces
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) — relational systems and emotional intelligence
• Organizational Leader with Executive Experience — strategy aligned with operations
•Organizational Coach — turning insight into practical action
Together, we partner with organizations across industries—including hospitality groups, growing companies, family-run businesses, and government agencies—to strengthen the human side of strategy.

Founding Partner, Client Engagement and Success
I approach leadership and organizational work with a deep respect for how hard real growth can be, a perspective I developed early in my career while navigating periods of challenge and change. Those experiences shaped my belief that progress does not come from “pushing harder,” but from slowing down enough to understand what’s beneath the pressure.
I’m especially drawn to supporting individuals and organizations who feel stuck, stretched, or in transition, particularly when roles, expectations, or systems are no longer working as intended. My style is grounding, honest, and values-driven. I create space for reflection, accountability, and forward movement, using humor to help people step out of survival mode and lead in ways that are sustainable, intentional, and true to who they are.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me singing karaoke, passionately rooting for the Eagles (Go Birds!), or on an ongoing quest to find an authentic Philly cheesesteak in Florida (still searching, still hopeful).
Founding Partner, Strategy and Growth
I approach leadership and personal growth through the integrated lenses of mental health, systems thinking, and faith, believing that sustainable change occurs when people understand both their inner world and the environments they lead. My work is grounded in the conviction that healing, clarity, and purpose strengthen leadership capacity and organizational health.
I help leaders, entrepreneurs, students, and ministry professionals navigate trauma, transition, identity development, and organizational challenges that impact effectiveness and well-being. People often seek me out when they are building something meaningful while working through internal or relational barriers.
Working with me is both reflective and practical—I create spaces where individuals feel seen, challenged, and equipped with clear strategies they can immediately apply. Clients often describe the experience as grounding, insightful, and action-oriented.
I care deeply about helping people lead and live from wholeness rather than survival.
Outside of my professional roles, I enjoy travel, meaningful conversations, and embracing new adventures—including jumping out of airplanes.

Founding Partner, Operations and Sustainability
"To lead is to serve, to give is to receive, and to lose oneself is to find the world."
I am a leadership and operations professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their people, processes, and workplace culture. My work is grounded in the belief that effective leadership begins with authenticity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
In my current leadership role within higher education, I oversee operational strategy, business continuity planning, emergency preparedness, and administrative operations across multiple locations. I am passionate about creating environments where employees feel supported, organizations operate efficiently, and leaders are equipped to navigate change with confidence and integrity.
I earned my Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the Florida Institute of Technology and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
At TruWyn Partners Consulting, I partner with organizations to translate leadership principles into practical, sustainable strategies. I believe lasting organizational success is achieved when people, purpose, and performance are intentionally aligned.
Beyond my consulting work, I am a passionate writer whose creative and professional work reflects my lifelong interest in storytelling, personal growth, and the human experience. I am also committed to community engagement and nonprofit initiatives that support leadership development, education, and positive social change.
Founding Partner, Leadership Development and Coaching
I view organizational growth through a people-first lens shaped by my experience leading facility operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and navigating high-stakes healthcare environments. I believe people do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and clear about what’s expected of them.
I help leaders and teams strengthen collaboration, improve day-to-day coordination, and work through operational challenges that create stress or disconnect. Organizations often reach out when they want stronger teamwork, clearer workflows, and a culture where people feel more connected and supported.
Working with me is approachable, efficient, and collaborative. I listen closely, create clarity, and help teams move from frustration toward shared understanding and practical solutions they can sustain.
I care deeply about creating environments where people feel valued, safe, and proud of the work they do together.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the beach swimming laps or loudly cheering on my Philly teams. Around here, it’s always the Eagles’ year. I grew up on Philly sports, so loyalty runs deep and it definitely builds character.
